Who is responsible for your information

This service is operated by Mobility Partners, 57 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, Larnaca 6051, Cyprus. Contact [email protected] about this notice or your personal information.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, selected reason, message and consent. Campaign source parameters, including a Google click identifier where one is present, may be included to identify the campaign that brought you here. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request data for security and operation. Please do not include passport numbers, financial records or other sensitive documents in this form.

How we use and share information

We use your inquiry to respond, assess which advisor may be appropriate and arrange contact. With your consent, we may share it with relevant independent partner advisors and service providers involved in delivering the inquiry. We may also disclose information where required by law. Partner advisors may act as separate data controllers and provide their own privacy notices.

Who receives your inquiry

Your inquiry is received and handled directly by our own team at Mobility Partners. We do not share it with any additional recipient beyond our team unless we tell you first and ask for your consent. If we later engage independent professional partners to help deliver a service to you, we will identify them here before sharing your information, and they may act as separate data controllers with their own privacy notices.

Legal basis and choice

Where applicable, the basis for responding and introducing you to partner advisors is your consent. Security processing may rely on legitimate interests, and legally required processing on legal obligations. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. The inquiry consent does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Retention and international processing

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you proceed with an application, for the duration of that engagement plus up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. Partners and providers may operate outside your country. Before publication, the operator must identify the actual recipients, destination countries and safeguards applicable to transfers, including any required contractual protections.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent or complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact [email protected] to make a request.

Cookies and security

Measurement of which campaign brought you here runs for every visitor; a small local-storage entry remembers your cookie-banner choice. Choosing “Essential only” switches off personalised advertising and session recording, not that measurement. Unless you choose “Essential only”, Microsoft Clarity records a replay of your visit — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — with the content of form fields masked. See our Cookie Policy. We use HTTPS and appropriate access controls when operating this site, though no system can guarantee absolute security.
