Cookies we use
Measurement of how visitors reach this site runs for everyone, and the cookie banner governs the optional extras on top of it. A single entry in your browser’s local storage remembers the choice you make in that banner, so we do not ask again on your next visit; it is not shared with anyone and is not a tracking cookie.
Optional cookies, if enabled
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which advertisement or search brought you here and whether you went on to contact us. Under Google Consent Mode this runs for every visitor, because without it we cannot tell which of our advertising actually works. Choosing “Essential only” does not switch it off. What that choice does switch off is personalised advertising, meaning we will not use your visit to show you our ads elsewhere, and the session recording described below. The choice is remembered in this browser, and you can reset it by clearing this site’s data.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this page is actually used. Clarity records a replay of your visit — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — and builds heatmaps from it. It loads unless you choose “Essential only”. If you make that choice after a recording has begun, we ask Clarity to stop collecting and to clear its own cookies, and on your next visit it is not loaded at all. The content you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. Microsoft processes this data as our service provider; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement ↗.
Campaign attribution
If campaign parameters such as UTM tags or a Google click identifier are present in the page URL, we keep them in your browser’s session storage for the length of the visit and include them with any inquiry you submit, so that we can tell which campaign brought you here. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. This is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Hosting services
Your chosen host, security provider or reverse proxy may introduce cookies or similar technologies. The operator must inspect the deployed site and update this notice to reflect its actual configuration.
What each button does
“Accept all” leaves everything on, and so does ignoring the banner. “Essential only” switches off session recording and personalised advertising, while measurement of which campaign brought you here continues either way, since that is what tells us whether our advertising is worth running. Either choice is remembered in this browser; to reset it, clear this site’s data and the banner will appear again.
